Park Estate is being delivered through a structured program of works running from November 2024 to December 2026. The schedule covers site establishment, plant mobilisation, and full infrastructure rollout including roads, stormwater, sewer reticulation, water supply, bulk power, and final handover

Roads & Stormwater: March 2025 – December 2026 (setting out, clearing, drains, culverts, sealing, signage).
Bulk Water
June – December 2026 (planning, procurement, implementation).
Sewer Reticulation
Sewer Reticulation: April – October 2026 (excavation, pipe laying, manholes, testing, backfilling, commissioning).
Bulk Power
July – December 2026 (planning, procurement, implementation).
Water Reticulation
February – August 2026 (excavation, bedding, pipe laying, fittings, testing, handover)
Final Handover
